Booking Information
- How to Book: Appointments can be booked online via our website's booking section or by contacting us directly.
- Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
- Minimum Duration: A minimum of 2 hours is required for all cleaning services.
- Recurring Services: Weekly and fortnightly bookings receive discounts. Custom schedules are available on request.
- Add-On Services: Add-ons such as oven cleaning or window washing must be selected during the booking process.
Payment Policy
- Pricing Transparency: All our prices are listed on the Pricing page or within the service details on the Booking page. Custom services may receive tailored quotes.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, and other secure digital payment gateways.
- Payment Schedule:
- One-off services: Payment is due on or before the service day.
- Recurring contracts: Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- Receipts & Invoicing: Clients will receive an invoice or receipt via email upon successful payment.
- Late Payments: Delayed payments beyond 5 working days may attract a late fee or service suspension.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Notice Period:
- For standard bookings, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
- For large-scale or special event services, 48 hours' notice is required.
- Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations made within the required notice period: No charge.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours: 50% of the service fee will be charged.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the service fee will be charged.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment once for free if notice is given within the required time.
- Force Majeure: In unavoidable situations such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or emergencies, services may be rescheduled without penalty.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- Quality Assurance: If you're not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address the issue promptly.
Custom Contract & Corporate Agreement
For long-term or business clients, custom agreements may be created. These contracts will include agreed terms for service frequency, invoicing, and cancellation based on your needs.

- COVID-19 Protocols: Our team follows all recommended hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Pets & Allergies: Please inform us in advance if there are pets or specific allergens we should be aware of.
